General Cheques should be made payable to Ally Oop Little Athletes and sent directly to the address listed below or given to your coach. N.S.F. cheques will be subject to a $35 administration fee. We also accept Email Money Transfers to coachjason@allyooplittleathletes.com
Ally Oop Little Athletes reserves the right to cancel classes because of low enrolment, the cancellation of a facility, or the availability of staff. Refunds will be paid in full if a class is cancelled prior to the start of the program. Partial refunds will be issued for classes cancelled mid-season based on the number of classes remaining. Refunds Ally Oop Little Athletes will issue a full refund for an athlete withdrawal if done in writing 14 days prior to the start of classes. A $35 administration fee will be charged. Late Registration We will register new athletes mid-season at a pro-rated fee if there is space available.
Transfers Transfers are offered if there is space available.
Make-up Classes 1 make-up class is allowed per season but is subject to the availability of equivalent classes and space.
Sibling Discounts If there are siblings enrolled in the same season, a $15 discount is available for the second child, a $25 discount is available for the third child and a $50 discount for the fourth child.
Privacy Policy We will not give out your family information to any organization or person. Information is only used by Ally Oop Little Athletes when providing a service to your athlete, or as required by law. Forms are destroyed at the end of every session.
We do however keep your information on file, this will allow us to communicate with you about new information that may be relevant to you.
Inclement Weather Outside classes will be held in the rain if the playing surface is deemed safe by the Coach. Classes will be cancelled if their is thunder and/or lightening present. There will be no make up class for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
